Updating content on your site and app

Updated by Adam

Your website and app share one content system, the Veya CMS. Marketing content, promo banners, featured items, images, and copy all live there. Most content updates are things your team can make without a support request.

What you can change in the CMS

  • Homepage sections, banners, and promotional content
  • Featured items and announcements
  • Images and copy on marketing pages
  • App launch and splash content

Log in at cms.builtonveya.com, make the edit, and publish. Changes show up on the website and app without an app store update.

When to send a request instead

Choose Update content on my site or app when:

  • You do not have CMS access yet, or you need a colleague added
  • You want a new page, section, or layout that does not exist today
  • Something you published is not showing up, or looks wrong
  • You would rather we make the change for you

Include the final copy and any images in the request, and the date you need it live if there is one.

Menu structure, item names, prices, and modifiers come from Olo, not the CMS. See Changing hours, locations, and settings.
